High Impact Bearinged Wheels
Ideal for GMA, other wrong-way* pallets, softwood and non-returnable
pallets, and pallets of questionable quality. Used in systems over 10 pallets deep.
Polyolefin Bearingless Wheels
Designed for hard impact and heavy loads up to 3000 lbs. Generally used with wrong-way pallets, order picking areas, and systems up to 10 pallets deep. Good temperature characteristics, chemical resistant, and also ideal for use in areas of high humidity. Wheels are 3" in diameter nominally and hae a 270 lb.capacity. Slope normally required is 5/8" per lineal foot of depth.
1.9" Diameter Skate Wheels
A durable cost-effective system for wooden pallets and slave or captive pallets. Generally used for wrong-way pallets and order picking systems. Heavy gauge construction. Precision-ground balls ensure long life and low friction. Wheels have 50-75 and 100-lb capacity. 1/4" axle. Slope normally required is 3/8" per lineal foot of depth.
1.9" and 1.5" Steel Rollers
Designed for right-way** pallets and smooth-bottom pallets. Rollers offer high load capacity, substantial pattlet contract, and tremendous versatility. Wide rollers provide continous support for right-way pallets as well as automotive plastic pallets and returnable plastic shipping containers. Plain steel or galvanized finish. Zinc-plated, fully heat treated ball bearings, Slope normally required is 3/8" per lineal foot of depth. *Wrong way pallets are pallets with bottom boards running perpendicular to direction of travel. (eg. GMA, CPC, CHEP)
**Right way pallets are pallets with bottom boards running in the same
direction as travel (eg. Europallet, Paper Skid)
