This system shown in the two images below consists of approx. 2,000’ of roller conveyor (powered and gravity), lift tables and rotate tables. Click here to view video and images of the entire project.

The image to the right is a turnkey assembly that was recently installed for a client. The system includes conveyors that are connected to five electric/hydraulic lift tables which are individual workstations. Each workstation had a customized product hold system on the conveyor to prevent the assembled product from moving during the work process. In addition we have provided an ergonomic overhead tooling system for the assembly tools required by the workers to complete their assembly tasks. The entire system above was supplied, installed and tested within six weeks from initial inquiry.

The above video demonstrates a turnkey conveyor system with a scale.
When the product passes over the scale on the conveyor, it the weight is correct, it is allowed to continue along the production line. If the weight is not correct it is removed to another part of the conveyor for re-packaging.
